Charlottetown Area Watershed Association (CAWA) is a community-driven, non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and restoring the health of local watersheds. Through hands-on restoration projects, water quality monitoring, and public engagement, we work to keep our streams, wetlands, and natural areas clean and vibrant for people and wildlife.
What We Do?
Restore streams and riparian areas by planting trees and shrubs
Monitor water quality and protect fish habitat
Host community events and volunteer programs
Improve local wetlands and waterways through restoration projects
